Meet Flex Authority writer Billy D. Spelchan.

Billy D. Spelchan started programming as a child in the early eighties, using BASIC and 502 Assembly Language. He settled on C and later C++, but discovered Java in 1997, and envisioned a future of rich online content. He started playing with Flash 3 at a client's request, but only began to take Flash seriously with the introduction of ActionScript in Flash 5. While he still does some Java development, Billy has largely switched to Flash/Flex for his client-side programming.

Billy currently resides in the sunny Okanagan Valley, located in British Columbia, Canada. When he is not doing work for other people, his time is spent creating content for the BlazingGames.com website.
